Tamara’s career includes a 13-year tenure as the Business Development Director in emerging markets at Microsoft. During this time, she focused on developing and consulting tech companies in the LATAM territory, helping them grow and scale their businesses despite limited resources. Her ability to navigate demanding environments and emerging markets proved invaluable as she successfully guided over 50 technology companies to establish or expand their presence.
